Shipping Time
After payment has been cleared and all necessary shipping information has been received, we will ship your order within two business days. Delivery is expected to take 2-10 business days, depending on the location
Tracking Number
we ship all orders with a tracking number for your convenience. You will receive the tracking number via email the next business day after your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Canadian Order
We typically use Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS, or Canpar to ship orders within Canada. The carrier we use will depend on the shipping address and the size of the package. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes
Orders to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, we use UPS Standard and FedEx Standard, depending on the shipping address and package size. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes
Ship to Territories
Please note that our shipping services are limited to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to states that are outside of this region, such as Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that delivery dates may vary due to factors such as carrier shipping practices, the delivery location, the delivery method, and the items ordered. We cannot guarantee delivery times during the two weeks leading up to Christmas.
